How long does a custom order take?
Most custom orders take 5-10 working days to create, depending on complexity. I'll give you a more accurate timeline when we discuss your order.
Can I see a proof before you make it?
Absolutely! For custom text and designs, I'll send you a digital mockup for approval before I start creating.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently I only ship within the UK. International shipping may be available on request - just get in touch!
Can I return a custom item?
As each item is made specially for you, I can't accept returns on custom orders unless there's a fault. Please see my full Refund Policy for details.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay through our secure checkout.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! You can add gift wrapping at checkout for a small additional charge. I'll make sure it looks beautiful!
