Orders & Products

Simply browse our shop, select the product you'd like, add any personalisation details, and add to cart. Complete checkout with your delivery address and payment details, and you're done!

As all items are handcrafted to order, crafting time varies:

  • Themed Cups: 3-5 working days
  • Tumblers: 5-7 working days
  • Phone Cases: 3-5 working days
  • Custom Clothing: 5-7 working days

Delivery time is then added on top. You'll receive tracking once dispatched!

As we start crafting your order quickly, please contact us ASAP if you need to make changes. We'll do our best to accommodate, but changes may not be possible once crafting has begun.

We take great care packaging your items, but if something arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Delivery & Returns

Yes! We offer FREE Standard Delivery on all orders over £50. Orders under £50 have the following delivery options:

  • Standard (5-7 days): £3.95
  • Express (2-3 days): £6.95
  • Next Day: £9.95

Currently, we only deliver within the United Kingdom. We're working on expanding internationally - sign up to our newsletter to be notified!

As items are personalised and made to order, we cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty or not as described. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also log into your account to view order status and tracking details.

Custom Orders

Absolutely! I love creating bespoke pieces. Contact me through the contact page with your idea, and I'll let you know if it's possible and provide a quote.

For complex custom designs, I can provide a digital mock-up before crafting begins. Just mention this when placing your order or contacting me. A small design fee may apply for very detailed previews.

Yes! I offer discounts for bulk orders (5+ items). Great for hen parties, corporate gifts, team events, or wedding favours. Contact me for a quote and lead times.

Rush orders may be possible depending on my current workload. Please contact me before ordering to check availability. A rush fee will apply.

Payment & Security

We accept:

Absolutely! All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways (Stripe/PayPal). We never see or store your full card details. Our website uses SSL encryption for all transactions.

You'll be charged immediately when you place your order. This allows me to begin crafting your item straight away!
